Walls Of Jerusalem

The Walls Of Jerusalem are located in a remote part of Tasmania, access is via Mersey Forest rd which is a gravel road and at times can be very rough and unpredictable due to the weather. There is no public transport to start of The Walls track however we are more than happy to take you there anytime of the year. Please contact us for a quote.

For detailed information on planning your walk, walking safely and a gear checklist, see our  Before you Walk – Tasmania’s Essential Bushwalking Guide and Trip Planner.

Please note: Walks within the Walls of Jerusalem National Park are challenging. The park can experience harsh weather conditions at any time of the year. It is essential that walkers must carry a suitable tent to cope with all weather conditions. The summits within the park are quite exposed and should not be attempted in adverse weather. Walkers must be fully self-sufficient, well-equipped and experienced. please follow this link https://parks.tas.gov.au/explore-our-parks/walls-of-jerusalem-national-park and click the “know before you go” tab which states that huts are for emergency use only.
